If you’re considering residential solar power, you probably know it’s a great way to enjoy significant savings on your electric bill. You may also know that residential solar systems benefit the environment when you switch to alternative energy. What you may NOT know is how to choose the right company to handle your solar power installation.
Putting a Local Face on Residential Solar Power
Suntegrity Solar is a locally owned Sonoma County company run by a father and son team (both with engineering degrees) since 1977.
As your neighbors, our promise is to treat your home with the same care we bring to our own home.
We’re proud owners of residential solar systems, and we install the same quality products for your home that we use on ours.
When you work with us, you can count on a consultative, educational relationship. Instead of high-pressure sales, you get an honest assessment of your needs—and all the answers you want before and after your solar power installation. We listen, educate and inform—and respect your decision-making process.
Delivering Residential Solar Systems: Our Process
When you are ready to look at solar for your home, we arrange to meet with you, without cost or obligation, to thoroughly assess your unique needs, preferences and goals. We begin with a look at your home and consider information for your system design, including:
Your historical monthly electric usage
Your roof orientation and shading over the year
Your savings and financial goals
Your sense of aesthetics and equipment manufacturer preferences
After you agree that we fully understand your requirements and preferences, we put our expertise to work delivering your residential solar system.
We take care of every step of the process including: financing, design, permitting, utility applications, installation, system start up, monitoring, and interconnection.
We will keep you informed of each step in the process and are always available should any questions or concerns arise during and after going solar.
Our focus is on delivering a quality installation with a great overall experience. One of the things we do that many solar companies do not is to run conduit in attics whenever possible. This makes for a much more aesthetic installation. When running conduit in the attic isn’t possible, we’ll paint it so that everything matches.
Ask us to show you photos of installations from other companies that, as standard practice, run their conduit on the roof without painting it to match! This is not a topic they want to discuss! We also install only the highest quality products, as you will see in the links below, for the equipment we use.
Residential Solar Power Installation in Sonoma County, Marin County and Napa County
We have experience installing on nearly every roof type including: composition, S-tile, W-tile, flat-tile, corrugated metal, standing seam metal, metal shingle, and more. When there is not enough room on a roof, or a roof installation is not desired, we can create a free standing support structure called a ground mount for the solar system (see photos).
